World Vision feasibility study of anticipatory action in Sri Lanka

This feasibility study was conducted in Sri Lanka as part of the Asia Anticipatory Action Project. This initiative, led by World Vision and supported by Aktion Deutschland Hilft, Germany, aims to foster proactive measures in disaster-prone regions. The feasibility includes the type of hazards, the readiness of the Early Warning System, the availability of quality forecast data for the selected hazard for the selected area, the local community awareness, and the willingness of local stakeholders, including authority/government to conduct Anticipatory Action.
