Anticipatory Action in 2025: A Global Overview is the fourth in a series of annual reports documenting the scale of anticipatory action worldwide. It summarizes data concerning the number of activations, active frameworks and frameworks under development in 2025, as well as data on:

- anticipatory action in fragile, conflict- and violence-affected settings

- donor funding for this approach.
The report also highlights some of the main thematic areas seen in 2025 and sets out recommendations for the future of this approach.
