Looking back at the 10th Global Dialogue Platform

The 10th Global Dialogue Platform on Anticipatory Humanitarian Action, which took place from 6-8 December 2022, was the largest to date in terms of the diversity of themes under the spotlight. Over three days, there were 40 parallel sessions, keynote addresses and plenaries. Many of these explored how anticipatory action has diversified over the years to tackle new hazards and expand to new countries and regions. Others focused on the event’s overarching theme, ‘Lessons from anticipatory action: are we getting it right?’.

Many of these sessions are now available to watch again on the event website. To do so, you need to log in to the event website and then locate the session you want to watch under the 'Review' tab. Full details of all the sessions, including a list of the speakers, can be found under the agenda on the event website.

If you weren’t able to take part in December, it’s still possible to register and watch the sessions. Registering also means you will receive updates about this year’s event; further details will be shared shortly.

A selection of images from the event are also available – and free to use – on our Flickr page.
