How to access the Anticipation Hub eLearning platform

Want to get started? Follow our simple steps to access the courses:

Visit the registration page on your desktop or mobile.
On the login page, click the "register" button located at the bottom left under "new user" or log in using your credentials.
Complete the registration form with your details. Make sure to provide a valid email address and set a secure password.
Check your email inbox for a confirmation message from the platform. Click the link in the email to verify your account.
Return to the login page, select your language preference, enter your user ID and password, then click "login" to access the platform.
Search for your chosen module on the platform or the Anticipation Hub learning modules landing page.
Tap “Request” to start learning.

Download Cornerstone Learn (available for iOS and Android)
Open the app and enter “IFRC” as the portal name:
Use the same user ID and password you use for the desktop version (if you haven't registered yet, visit the desktop registration page to create an account first)
Use the search bar or browse the catalogue to find courses or resources of interest or continue the ones you’ve already started
Launch and/or download for offline learning
When you reconnect to the internet, your offline progress will automatically sync with your account both on desktop and mobile app version
