FAO is organising a hybrid two-day workshop on "Leveraging evidence for effective anticipatory action" on 20–21 April 2026 at FAO Headquarters in Rome, Italy.    

This workshop will bring together practitioners, evaluators, donors, and researchers to share evidence on Anticipatory Action, discuss methodological challenges in crisis contexts, and strengthen inter-agency coordination. The event will showcase recent impact evaluation studies, identify research priorities, and reinforce the role of evidence in shaping humanitarian policy and practice.    

The workshop will be offered in hybrid format. All sessions will be available online. Please register below to receive the link to attend the workshop virtually or to confirm your attendance in-person.
