Mongolia anticipation of harsh winter. Impact assessment 2018 - 2019.

This impact assessment looks at an early Dzud intervention which took place in Mongolia across 2018-2020. It takes a theory based approach to trace the impact of the project from the initial forecast to the impact on herders. It then provides some quantitative comparison of the differences in livelihoods and wellbeing between recipient and non-recipient herders.
