Feasibility study on forecast based financing in Malawi, 2018

The Forecast-based Financing project in Malawi is a pilot project and one of the components of the ECHO Enhancing Resilience in Malawi (ERIM) project. The objective of this feasibility study is to  understand and analyse the conditions for establishing a Forecast-based Financing mechanism including the cooperation of various stakeholders.
