Anticipatory Action Framework for Tropical Cyclones in Fiji: Multi-stakeholder Evaluation Protocol
This document outlines the design and data collection approaches for a proposed evaluation of the Fiji Multi-sectoral Tropical Cyclone Anticipatory Action Framework, in the event of the activation of the framework. The evaluation is commissioned and technically supported by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, with support from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, and will be conducted by John Hopkins School of Public Health in collaboration a local data collection partner. The evaluation will examine the effectiveness of anticipatory action frameworks and activities and provide recommendations to inform future anticipatory action programme design and delivery.
