Minimum training package on AA - Module 4: AA Financing

This module aims to help participants gain an overview of the different types of finance needed for AA, potential sources of finance and the specific instruments that could contribute. The focus is on the scale and sustainability of AA finance. The module explains different funding sources and instruments that may be available for building and/or fuelling the AA system.
