Simplified EAP: Comoros - Volcanic ash
This framework sets out the anticipatory actions the Comoros Red Crescent will take ahead of forecasted volcanic ash. The Simplified EAP also sets out the trigger thresholds for activating these actions, and the pre-agreed financing available.
