The Path Forward

The Intergovernmental Organizations’ Cooperation on Anticipatory Action is a collaboration that brings together leading intergovernmental organizations that are advancing anticipatory action around the world. This paper outlines its vision, rationale and strategic objectives, while also offering insights into its co-creation process, operational framework and proposed activities. The paper has been jointly developed by the participating intergovernmental organizations, with drafting and coordination support from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
