Simplified EAP: Chad - Extreme Floods
This framework sets out the anticipatory actions the Chad Red Cross Society will take ahead of forecasted extreme floods. The Simplified EAP also sets out the trigger thresholds for activating these actions, and the pre-agreed financing available.
