This feasibility study attempted to address in the most pragmatic way possible the potential use of the establishment of a forecast-based financing mechanism (FbF) in Morocco. This analysis, which does not claim to be exhaustive, highlighted key elements on the organizational capacities of institutions working in the field of
risk management and adaptation to climate change in Morocco, while drawing up recommendations and ideas for possible actions to be implemented as part of an FbF pilot project.
