Minimum training package on AA - Module 2: Developing an AA Protocol
This module aims to familiarize participants with the key content of an AA Protocol (AAP) and explain the steps to be taken in developing one. It guides the AA planning processes during the general preparedness stage from selecting appropriate actions and validating plans with communities by applying a Theory of Change (ToC), to crafting a budget for AAP activation.
