Somalia: Anticipatory Action Against Food Insecurity 2020

This report summarizes the use of and results achieved by the CERF allocation for the 2020 anticipatory action pilot addressing food insecurity in Somalia. The first section considers the strategic prioritization, including CERF’s added value and the four underfunded priority areas addressed directly or indirectly by the allocation (education, persons with disabilities, women and girls, and gender-based violence), and provides an allocation overview, including funding by project and sector/cluster. The second section focuses on project overview, including summary of results, demographic tables of populations reached directly with CERF funding, and project reports by agency and project.
