Early Warning Early Action (EWEA) in Secondary Cities in South Asia
This guidance note aims to support city authorities, as well as emergency service providers and community-based organisations in secondary cities throughout South Asia, which are seeking to implement Early Warning Early Action (EWEA) mechanisms. Furthermore, the guidance intends to provide reference notes and comprehensive overviews to the city authorities and practitioners who endeavor to implement EWEA.
