Anticipatory Action priority topic sessions kick-off at the Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships week
Global collective actions are shifting the humanitarian system from being reactive to proactive by acting ahead of disasters. How can we scale up anticipatory action to reach more people, cover more locations and apply it to a wider range of hazards?
Anticipatory action is one of the 9 Priority Topics being discussed at the virtual Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Week taking place between the 19th of April and the 7th of May. Lots of exciting interactions have already taken place between humanitarian and development actors, government representatives and the academic community, stimulating learning, technical exchange and coordination to catalyze anticipatory action.
Find out more about all 11 sessions under the Anticipatory Action Priority Topic. More details and registration details can be found at www.hnpw.org.
