A year of success in Latin America and the Caribbean

Anticipatory action made some huge steps forward in Latin America and the Caribbean in 2021. Three new Early Action Protocols were finalized, as well as two feasibility studies. Over 440 people received trained relevant to forecast-based financing, and over 800 participated in events – including the third Dialogue Platform held in the region.

A new publication from the FbF LAC program captures some of these many highlights. Through a mixture of stories, videos and photos, it provides an update for anyone interested in keeping track of the rapid development of anticipatory action here.
