How to access the Anticipation Hub eLearning platform
Want to get started? Follow our simple steps to access the courses:
For desktop or mobile browser:
- Visit the registration page on your desktop or mobile.
- On the login page, click the "register" button located at the bottom left under "new user" or log in using your credentials.
- Complete the registration form with your details. Make sure to provide a valid email address and set a secure password.
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation message from the platform. Click the link in the email to verify your account.
- Return to the login page, select your language preference, enter your user ID and password, then click "login" to access the platform.
- Search for your chosen module on the platform or the Anticipation Hub learning modules landing page.
- Tap “Request” to start learning.

For the mobile application:
- Download Cornerstone Learn (available for iOS and Android)
- Open the app and enter “IFRC” as the portal name:
- Use the same user ID and password you use for the desktop version (if you haven't registered yet, visit the desktop registration page to create an account first)
- Use the search bar or browse the catalogue to find courses or resources of interest or continue the ones you’ve already started
- Launch and/or download for offline learning
- When you reconnect to the internet, your offline progress will automatically sync with your account both on desktop and mobile app version
