Description

 

The seventh session of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction takes place in Bali, Indonesia. At the Platform, governments, the UN system and all stakeholders get together to share knowledge and discuss the latest developments and trends in reducing disaster risk, identify gaps and make recommendations to further accelerate the implementation of the Sendai Framework. The seventh session of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction will be organized and convened by the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) and hosted by the Government of Indonesia. Taking place in the new normal setting, the GP2022 is an inclusive event, with possibilities for broad and diverse participation.
