As programmes and projects focused on anticipatory action gain traction across the globe, there is a need to provide informative, contextual and applicable education on best practices and lessons learnt about anticipatory action in conflict settings. In this course, you will be given a basic understanding of anticipatory action in conflict contexts, explore the limitations and opportunities that come about from applying anticipatory action in conflict contexts, and be given the opportunity to apply your learning and receive feedback from experts in the field.

The course, which requires a minimum commitment of five hours, is made up of synchronous and asynchronous learning.

By registering, you commit to attending both sessions and to working in small teams asynchronously in the time between the two sessions on a case study assignment.
