Report from the 13th Global Dialogue Platform

The 13th Global Dialogue Platform took place in Berlin, Germany, and online in December 2025. Taking place ten years after the first edition, it was held under the theme 'Anticipatory action: a decade of learning, a future in a changing humanitarian landscape’.

The event was hosted by the Anticipation Hub, an initiative of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the German Red Cross and the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre, and co-organized by the Danish Refugee Council, FAO, GREDO, OCHA, Start Network, WHH and WFP. It was supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.
